Information technologies centre worth $ 20 million to open in Kazakhstan

Information technologies centre worth $ 20 million will open in Kazakhstan, Kapital.kz business portal reports citing the press service of "National Agency for Industrial Development".

Agreement on the establishment of the center signed by the chairman of the Board of JSC "National Agency for Technological Development" Aydin Kulseitov and director of “KE Group” LLP Nicholas Golubtsov during the IX Forum of Interregional Cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia.
The organization will be located in the “Park of innovative technologies” special economic zone (“PIT” SEZ) near Almaty.

"The center will develop software for various purposes. It plans to work closely with recognized leaders of software development, as “Sistema” JSFC of Russia and the Swiss “AGT International” - quoted press service of Aydin Kulseitov.

The press service of the «National Agency for Industrial Development» has announced to the Kapital.kz business portal that Kazakhstan will establish the centre of information technologies worth 20 million US dollars. The organization will be located in the «Park of innovative technologies» special economic zone near Almaty.

According to the press service, the creation of the center total investment is estimated about $20 million. There will be employ more than 60 programmers from around the world. The agreement provides the joint promotion of innovative projects in the "PIT” SEZ, organization of conferences, seminars and exhibitions on innovation development, as well as formation of the expert community on innovative development and implementation of innovative projects in the priority sectors of the economy.
